1. Scope and controller

This Privacy Policy explains how Tensor Intelligence Inc.(“Tensor,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles personal information when you visit the AIVA OS website at https://aiva-os.app, contact us, or otherwise interact with this public product website. Tensor is the controller of that information.

This policy does not govern patient or customer data processed within AIVA OS on behalf of an institution. That processing is governed by the applicable customer agreement and data-processing terms.

2. Information we collect

When you contact us, we may collect your name, work email address, organization, role, the content of your message, and any other information you choose to provide.

Website and technical information

We use Plausible Analytics to understand aggregate website use. This may include pages viewed, referral source, approximate country, browser, operating system, device type, and events such as section engagement and contact-form progression. We do not send form contents, names, email addresses, or organization names to analytics.

Aggregate analytics are retained according to our configured analytics-account settings.

Tensor is based in the United States. If information is transferred from another jurisdiction, we use safeguards required by applicable law, which may include contractual protections and service providers operating in appropriate regions.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or obtain a copy of your personal information; object to certain processing; withdraw consent where processing relies on consent; and appeal or complain to a data-protection authority. We do not discriminate against anyone for exercising a privacy right.

The website is intended for business and professional audiences and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through this website.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We may update this policy as our website or legal obligations change; the date above shows the latest revision.
