1. Agreement
These Website Terms govern your use of the AIVA OS website at https://aiva-os.app. By accessing the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.
These terms apply only to the public website. Access to AIVA OS, pilots, professional services, and customer environments is governed by separate written agreements.
2. Informational purpose; no medical advice
Website content describes AIVA OS and related technology from Tensor for general informational purposes. It is not medical advice, a diagnosis, treatment guidance, or a substitute for professional clinical judgment. Do not submit patient information, protected health information, or urgent medical requests through this website.
3. Permitted use
You may use the website for lawful evaluation of Tensor and its offerings. You may not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape it in a manner that burdens our systems, misrepresent affiliation with Tensor, or use its content to violate law or another person's rights.
4. Intellectual property
The website, its visual system, software, text, graphics, product interfaces, trademarks, and other content are owned by Tensor or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited right to access the website, no rights are granted by implication or otherwise.
5. Feedback and submissions

If you voluntarily provide feedback about the website or Tensor's products, Tensor may use that feedback without restriction or compensation, provided we handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Third-party services and links
The website may link to third-party websites or rely on third-party services. Tensor does not control and is not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms and policies.
7. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website is provided “as is” and “as available.” Tensor disclaims all express and implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. Website descriptions may concern capabilities in development and are not commitments to deliver any feature, certification, or regulatory status.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tensor and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from use of the website. Tensor's aggregate liability relating to the website will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100). Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Courts located in Delaware will have exclusive jurisdiction, except where applicable law gives you a mandatory right to bring a claim elsewhere.
